School of Business Administration (SBA)

ACU is collaborating with McMaster University in Canada to establish and support the school of BA. Since 1952, McMaster University has offered a business program that has graduated many industry leaders. In 1992 the school of Business expanded, and earned a strong reputation as a centre for academic excellence and innovation. An integral part of its innovative culture is the focus on experimental learning that enables students to gain hands-on experience. Co-op work teams, internships and assignments that stimulates learning and leads to personal development and discovery and enhances their ability to function effectively and immediately after moving into their career paths .

SBA Vision
Our vision is to provide high quality education in order to produce a distinguished graduate in business sciences that satisfies labor market needs – particularly in the field of money market and investment- and that can successfully compete nationally and internationally.

SBA curriculum
The curriculum is designed in accordance with the international standards of well recognized international schools of business, with great flexibility that allows student to acquire a multidisciplinary education. So Students are highly flexible in customizing their studies by selecting certain concentrations of courses in sub disciplines, so they can have a major and a minor or dual major .

Degree awarded by SBA
The study program, which is developed in collaboration with McMaster University lasts for 8 semesters (4 years). The student is expected to complete 132 credit hours. The graduate receives the Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in one of the following majors: .

Marketing
General Business & Human Resources
Accounting

The (BA) degree in the four majors is accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt and is recognized globally, and complies with the Canadian requirements.
