Of course the role of marketing in service
delivery in general and in financial service industry in
particular is unquestionable, due to its role in achieving
business sustainability and improvement under the contemporary
changing environment. This module aims at introducing the
concepts and professional applications of marketing of financial
services to the junior and senior bankers as they are in direct
contact with the customers and they are mainly responsible about
creating positive perceptions and image about the quality of the
service and at the same time as a preparation for them to occupy
the higher levels of management.
Structure
This program will be conducted over five sessions, five
hours per session, i.e. 25 hours (out of Cairo). It will cover
