Human Resources Management in Healthcare Institutions

Managing the most valuable asset to the healthcare organizations gained greater attention, with all the managerial attempts to increase staffs’ productivity, moral and motivation. This module will focus on issues like planning, staffing, training, compensation, performance appraisal, career development and governance. This module is designed to equip executives in healthcare organizations with essential management knowledge and skills to enable them manage and develop this utmost valuable resource to compete and grow in today’s environment. Structure

  • Discuss the process of performance appraisal.
  • Describe the various factors that influence the design and implementation of compensation systems.
