Benefits and Added Value
Human Resource planning is the first step and the
main building block in all HR management policies and strategies.
HR managers must equip themselves with the basic tools and approach
of HR planning to have such comprehensive view to the intellectual
capital structure, which is crucial for future success.
Structure
This program will be conducted over five sessions, five
hours per session, i.e. 25 hours (out of Cairo). It will cover the
following topics and issues:
- Job analysis, design and description.
- Effective management of the HR structure and flow of work.
- Design the HR policies.
- Building the career development paths.
- Formalizing the HR plan.
- Integrating different departmental needs of HR.
Target Participants
This program is targeting the current senior executives
in HR department and other departments, in order to engage them
in a brainstorming experience about Contemporary HR planning Applications.
