| Structuring Successful Compensation Systems
Benefits and Added Value
Researches demonstrate that compensation plans
are among the main motivational tool for employees in all
organizational levels. This course mainly aims to equip
executives and HR officers with the needed skills for building
exceptional capabilities in developing motivating and fair
compensation systems, which should result in increasing moral,
and productivity as well as lowering employees’ turnover.
Structure
This program will be conducted over five sessions, five
hours per session, i.e. 25 hours (out of Cairo). It will cover
the following topics and issues:

evaluation

Design and identification of the
salaries’ structure

Integrate the incentives into the
compensation system

Develop the financial and non-financial
benefits to enhance the employees’ motivation

Integrating flexibility into the
compensation system

Gaining formal and informal endorsement
on the compensation system
Target Participants
This program is targeting the current senior executives
in HR department and other departments, in order to engage them
in a brainstorming experience about developing effective
compensation plans.
