Management is about timely and accurate information.
Dealing with people require continues, timely and accurate information
to build effective decisions, as these decision will have a major
impact on the staff morality. The ultimate outcome of this module
is to introduce the contemporary concepts of information systems
and how to link the HR information system to the other sub-systems
of the management information systems.
Structure
This program will be conducted over five sessions, five
hours per session, i.e. 25 hours. It will cover the following topics
and issues:
- Understanding the comprehensive components of modern management
information systems.
- Planning and designing for the HRIS implementation
- Constructing the recording and reporting system
- Smoothly move form hard to soft HRIS
- Building plans for training and diffusing the new HRIS to
the HR officers.
Target Participants
This program is targeting the current senior executives
in HR department and other departments, in order to engage them
in a brainstorming experience about developing effective HR
Information Systems.
