Professional Marketing Diploma

On top of the agenda of many executives the objective of making their organization more market-oriented, more attuned to customers’ needs and competitive threats, and quicker to respond to changing market conditions.

Achieving the market orientation shouldn’t be left solely to marketers. Executives and employees in every functional area must be trained and motivated to direct their efforts toward satisfying customers’ needs. Marketing must drive the company’s strategic planning, it is about deciding who we want to be our customers, which needs to satisfy, what products and services to offer, what prices to set, what communications to send and receive, what channels of distribution to use and what partnership to develop. This diploma offers a comprehensive view for these issues in a collaborative learning environment.
