Benefits and Added Value
This module aims at introducing the salesmen in different
industries to the area of sales analysis and planning as a solid
foundation to successful sales implementation and a mean for monitoring
and controlling the salesmen performance. The role of sales analysis
and planning in business sustainability and improvement under the
contemporary and anticipated global environment is very well documented.
Structure
This program will be conducted over five sessions, five
hours per session, i.e. 25 hours (out of Cairo). It will cover the
following topics and issues:
- An overview to the Synergistic Planning Process
- Sales analysis strategies
- Sales ratio analysis.
- Trend analysis in sales.
- Sales breakdown analysis.
- Demand estimation techniques.
- Building accurate sales budgets and quotas.
- Developing benchmarks and controls for sales territories.
Target Participants
This program is targeting the current and potential junior
salesmen in sales and marketing departments, in order to engage
them in a brainstorming experience about sales analysis and planning
applications.
