Benefits and Added Value

The knowledge about financial analysis is becoming crucial in today’s management. Managers need to analyze financial information to identify opportunities for increasing organizational effectiveness. Non – financial mangers need to understand and correctly apply financial analysis and project appraisal techniques. This program is meant to introduce the participants to the body of knowledge on the use of financial analysis and developing feasibility studies.

Structure

    • Financial modeling application with computers
    • Interactive financial planning systems

Target Participants

This program is targeting the current senior executives in different departments, in order to engage them in a brainstorming experience about Contemporary Financial Analysis Applications.
