as well. This program introduces both the technical and the managerial
applications of E-Business startup
Structure
This program will be conducted over five sessions, five hours per
session, i.e. 25 hours. It will cover the following topics and issues:
- Startup process and phases
- Effective resources allocation
- Assigning roles in starting up
- Site development guidelines
- Successful E-Business readiness measures
- Effective diffusion of new business practices within the organization
- Effectively meeting and handling the staffs’ objections and
concerns
- Dealing with changes and delays in implementing schedules
Target Participants
This program is targeting the top level executives in public,
private, governmental and NGO’s organizations as well as
business owners in order to engage them in a brainstorming
experience about contemporary E-Business applications
