Strategy development and selection is a major business
concern, as strategies will set the tune for all the business decision.
Strategies play a major role in business sustainability and improvement
under the contemporary diversified global environment. This program
aims to introduce the strategic planning process and its implications
on the E-Business strategies. It will focus on the development of
strategies in different areas to fit the E-Business practices.
