Executive Management Diploma

With all these management theories, concepts, approaches, principles …etc. the mission of managing both the people and the business activities becomes highly complicated. The utmost skill of managers they should excel in with top priority is the art of managing people but this should be escorted by similar attention to the business activities. This needs intensive practice, better understanding and solid background in all the tools, techniques and approaches of effective management. 

This diploma aims to equip middle managers and senior executives with the skills, tools and techniques required to adapt and manage changes emerging in the business arena.

Ahram Canadian University (ACU) through its Management and Economic Studies and Research (MESR) Center is offering the executive Management Diploma.

Program Schedule and Duration

This program consists of six main courses each of it will be conducted over five sessions, five hours per session, i.e. each module will be 25 hours. The six courses are:

  1. Synergetic Management Functions.
  2. Understanding Organizational Behavior.
  3. Conflict Resolution and Crises Management.
  4. The Art of Managing People and teams. 
  5. Successful Strategic Management.
  6. Elective course

Target Participants
