| Understanding Financial Markets and Management
Benefits and Added Value
This module is designed to help the participants
understand, use and apply the modern principles of the financial
management tools in analyzing financial markets. The 1st part of
this program aims to introduce the concepts of financial markets
with concentration on securities market and stock exchange, the
different type of mutual funds, securities market types of
efficiency and the concept of technical analysis. The 2nd part
is to introduce the financial reports and how balance sheets and
income statements can be adjusted to prepare the cash flow
statements.
Structure
This program will be conducted over five sessions, five
hours per session, i.e. 25 hours. It will cover the following

Target Participants
This program is targeting junior executives working in
financial departments in non financial corporations and also
junior executives in credit department of banks and the
financial institutions.
