C : University Charges FAQs:

1- Does the university provide scholarships or financial assistances for students?
Those who got 90%-95% in the Egyptian Thanawia Aama or equivalent are granted 15% discount and those who got more than 95% are granted 25% discount from the university fees

D : Facilities and Services FAQs:  

1- What services and facilities are available in the university?

• The university provides busses for transporting students to and from the university which is located in the 6th of October City.
• The university has sporting playgrounds and computer labs well equipped with a high-speed internet connection.
• A private clinic for all students. The university campus and all its premises are well prepared for students with special needs (ACU welcomes all students with special needs).

2- Does ACU have a special assortment stamp or does it follow the assortment office?
Like all other private universities, ACU doesn’t follow the assortment office. Students apply to the university directly and they are accepted in accordance with the decisions applied to all other private universities that states the minimum percentage required for acceptance in each university after the result of Al Thanawia Aama.

3- What percentages are required for acceptance in ACU?
(After the aforementioned) percentages of the last year that were decided by Private Universities Council are:

• 60% for Mass Communication and Business Administration Faculties.
• 75% for the Faculty Computer Sciences and Information Technology
• 80% for the Faculty of Pharmacy

4- What means of transportation is available to take the students to and from ACU ?
There are busses carrying the logo of ACU at 9,11,land 3 p.m. at the beginning of 26th of July axis starting from Saturday 3/9/2005. Others start from Maadi, Tahrir Square and Rimaya Square.

5- How can I get there ?
From 26th July axis, on arriving to the square of Al Khul and Al Shalalat, go right for 10 minutes till arriving to the university which is located on the left side of the road. There will be aiding signs on the axis guiding till arriving at the university campus. A map showing the road to the university is available on the website.
