Tuition
fees, Discounts & Scholar Ships for students in different
faculties of ACU in addition to Withdrawals & Refund
regulations & Rules.
Tutation Fees:
Tuition covers the cost of text books, medical insurance, accidents insurance, lab insurance, the cost of chemical supplies and material requirements for practical faculties and the use of studios and labs for the faculty of Mass Communication, in addition to Ministry of Higher Education fees.
First:
Tuition Fees per Semester
Faculty of Pharmacy
16,500 L.E. per semester for Egyptian Students
17,500 L.E. per semester for Non-Egyptian Students
Faculty of Mass Communication (English Section)
11,000 L.E. per semester
New fees for The Faculty of Computer Science/ Business Administration & Mass Communication (Arabic Section)
8,500 L.E. per semester
Second:
Scholarships
Different discounts are given to the above tuition fees
based on Thanawya Amma or equivalent certificates scores.

Egyptian students are also entitled to special discounts decided by the University President. The top 10 students in Thanawaya Amma in each branch will be granted a full scholarship, the equivalent of 100% discount of the tuition fees. Such scholarships will cover the entire academic years

The maximum discount for any student should not exceed 50% of the tuition fees, except in the case of the top 10 Students in Thanaweya Amma.
Early Registration
The University opens for early registration. and students are welcome to fill application forms (for a 500 L.E. fee) which will be processed by the University based on reservation priorities.
Fourth:
Withdrawals and Refunds
The University opens for early registration by filling application
forms against (500 L.E)for each, University recovers the
forms for early registration based on reservation priorities, the application fees is included in the tuition fees while applying for enrollment at ACU..

500 L.E are deducted from fees paid
in case of withdrawal before 31 July, the rest of paid fees
will be refunded.

500 L.E+1000 L.E will be deducted in
case of withdrawal from 1st August till 31st August in the
same year.

500 L.E (Application fees) in addition
to 2000 L.E administration fees will be deducted in case
of withdrawal from 1st September till the beginning of the
semester in the same year.

In case of withdrawal from the day classes
start till 3 weeks later, 33% from the total tuition semester
fees will be deducted.

No refunds will be given after
3 weeks of starting classes.
*A written request from the student or their guardian/s, stating the reasons for withdrawal has to be submitted for refunds and in all cases the APPLICATION FEES is NEVER REFUNDABLE
*A cheque with the value of refund is issued after one week from the submitted of Refund Application to the Student Financial Affairs Office.
